Where else would you get a packed house on a Thursday night? Maggies Tavern in Carrickmore, St. Johnston was rocking last night when Mick Flavin took to the stage after 10pm. The charity night was in aid of Beaumount Hospital and Supporting Natasha.
They were line dancing, jiving and waltzing to the sound of Mick Flavin backed by Brian Kerrigan. The lady herself Alice Lynch was in full work mode making sure the night was a tremendous success, you couldn’t beat her!
They travelled all over for the big night and it was lovely to see it well supported. Maggies Tavern is renowned for their lovely food and many charity nights for various causes. They hosted Jive for June which was another huge success and raised €2,600 for the Donegal Hospice.
