The ‘She Said Club’ at the Shandon Hotel

Over 40 ladies gathered in the Shandon Hotel yesterday for the ‘She Said Club’ with Naomh McElhatton with Nourish to Flourish being the theme of the day. Bubbly, canapes and fun was the order of the day.

The action got underway at 1pm as the guests enjoyed a drinks reception and mingled until it was time to hear from the woman herself Naomh McElhatton who welcomed one and all. She then introduced herself and gave a brief personal story of what she was all about. A selection of brave ladies was given the opportunity to introduce themselves and their businesses.

It was time to hear from the first speaker, the lady in red and General Manager of the Shandon Hotel Carolynne Harrison. Next up was Lucinda Nolan, Personal Trainer who spoke about her life followed by Cara Sweeney who has just started her new business called Grace Loves Embellishment.

During the break we were all treated to Afternoon Tea with lots of goodies sweet and savoury topped up with more bubbles!

It was then the turn of physio Lorraine Boyce to give an interesting talk on all things related ‘down below’

This was a very enjoyable afternoon with a lovely bunch of ladies.

If you missed this one the She Said Club will return to the Shandon Hotel in August.
