The time has come for me to hang up the camera after 20 years. And what a journey it has been. I have covered so many events in that time and enjoyed every minute of it.
I would like to thank all of you for your support through the years and those who invited me along to capture your event, I had the pleasure of photographing so many people in all walks of life. The job involved a lot of travelling locally, nationally and abroad.
But it’s time for a change and life is short so I am moving off into a different direction.
A huge thanks to my advertisers who have supported me from day one since I launched my website 7 years ago (I think, I have lost count) They include the Shandon Hotel & Spa, McElhinney’s Stores, Steven’s Jewellers, the Bonnington Hotel in Dublin and Loch Altan Hotel in Gortahork.
I will finish up at the end of December, I have a few events to honour from now until the end of the year. I will still post the odd picture on my Facebook and Instagram!!
For my last event, I will host a ‘Luxurious Afternoon Tea Fashion show’ on Sunday 15th October in the beautiful Shandon Hotel from 2pm to 4pm.
I am delighted to have Savida from Dunnes showcase their Autumn/Winter collection and McElhinney’s will showcase their Winter Coats. My lovely models are Mary McGinley, Claire McGinley, Bernie Frain and Tracey Alexander and Marion Molloy who will cater for all sizes from size 10 to 16/18
Dr. Farah Mydin from Donegal Skin Clinic will perform live Aesthetics on stage and give advice on mature skin and the best products to use.
My auld buddy Noel Cunningham will compere the show and my other good pal Marty Friel will keep the atmosphere electric spinning with his great music.
Tickets will go on sale in the next day or so and are priced at €35. As soon as the link for the tickets is ready, I will post it here and Instagram. Hope to see many of you there for the last hooray!!
