Guess where I was first thing this morning!!
The day has come when most shops opened this morning all over the Country. It’s great to see the Country moving again after months of lockdown.
McElhinney’s opened their doors this morning at 10.30am to let all their lovely customers in through the doors and were greeted by the main man John McElhinney and his son Martin.
McElhinney’s have a fantastic team who have been working tirelessly over the past number of weeks to deliver their 5-star service and be able to bring that service back in store. Some staff have been working behind the scenes for weeks.
It was great to see the staff again, mind you with them all masked up I had to look twice!
In order to ensure the safety of customers, staff and families, they have a number of new guidelines in place in an effort to minimise risk and to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.
There are a few changes with ladies wear now moved down to the 2nd floor where Promise Boutique was and the boutique is now on the 3rd floor.
The Beauty Hall have no longer samples to give out.
The online service will continue to operate as they have been for the past number of weeks delivering orders throughout Ireland and indeed across the world during these strange times with thanks to their delivery provider DPD.
Thanks to Sandra Devenney, Sales Manager and Eilish Kennedy, Creative Director who gave me a warm welcome this morning and to Ruth Callaghan, Marketing Manager who accompanied me around the store talking to me about all the shop changes. See my Instagram for all the live stories @gabriellesdiary The store will open from Monday – Saturday 10:30am – 6pm.
