Dillons Hotel in Letterkenny will host a night of fashion and fun tomorrow night (Friday) at 9pm. Models will showcase lots of beautiful fashion that has been kindly donated by the public to raise funds for 8 year old Mikaela Breen from Convoy. She will travel with her parents Sinead and Chris to Ader Hay in Liverpool for a 6-8 hour surgery two weeks tomorrow. She will have six days prep and will have her surgery on January 31st.
Family friend and organiser Tracy McElwaine came up with the idea to organise this event. Shona Tinneny and herself have been kept busy organising all the clothes, shoes, hats and jewellery which will sell for a tiny fraction of the original cost. All are in excellent condition. Many have not been worn and still have tags attached. Most others have been worn once
Admissions is free, come along and enjoy a free glass of prosecco and nibble on the night for a great cause.
Sinead and her husband Chris cannot thank everyone enough who has helped out and donated in any way. We wish Mikaela best of luck and we will keep her in our prayers.
