The Abbey Hotel in Donegal Town was buzzing for their February Country Music weekend. Robert Mizzell and Jimmy Buckley kicked off the weekend on Friday night followed by Jim Devine and Patrick Feeney last night.
Mike Denver entertained this afternoon from 3pm until 5pm. I was there in the middle of all the action and it was great to see everyone out enjoying themselves after a long two years. The Abbey Hotel has been very busy all weekend and great to see all things coming back to normal. It was great to get a dance after two years in the high heels and I managed it well!!
Huge crowds of all ages filled the dance floor waltzing, jiving, line dancing and all kinds of dancing which was great to see in such a lively atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon. Well done to the Abbey Hotel and to all the Country Stars. Conor O Donnell will take to the stage at 9pm tonight.
