The new General Manager of Harvey’s Point, Niall Coffey has had some very interesting months in Donegal!
Niall arrived in Donegal to manage Harvey’s Point in February when Noel Cunningham (you haven’t saw the last of Noel) retired and was looking forward to a period of settling in and getting to know the area and the people. However Covid struck and the best plans went awry as the beautiful hotel closed for the first time in its 30 year history.
Niall however put the time to good use. He knew it would not be forever and now as the Hotel gets ready to re-open on July 1st and is excited for a busy time ahead and looks forward to meeting all his guests.
The reservations are flowing in and many past guests and indeed lots of new ones cannot wait to return to the Hotel, voted number 1 hotel in Ireland for several years and has always been a home away from home for so many.
Whilst weddings and larger functions are still restricted the Hotel is offering wonderful casual dining on the Terrace or in the beautiful Harvey’s Terrace situated on the shores of the lake. The more formal fine dining dinner is being served in the Lakeshore Restaurant.
Reservations are required whilst restrictions are still in place. (074) 9722208.

He managed award winning properties, The Culloden Estate and the Slieve Donard Resort for the Hastings Hotel Group.
