The name ‘McNabbs’ came from Paul’s grandparents from Ard O Donnell who had five daughters who all worked for the McKinney family in Oatfields many years ago, so he decided to keep the name alive.
Paul, from Wolfe Tone Place has years of experience in the food industry and is delighted with his new venture.
