The much anticipated Donegal’s Toy Show got underway today in the Central Hotel at 3pm -5pm. All the excited children arrived around 2pm with their parents and families.
Elaine McInaw, Sales and Marketing at the Central and Abbey Hotels worked her magic along with her helpers to make the day a huge success. The Ballroom in the Central Hotel was packed with families who settled down for a day’s entertainment. The stage looked fantastic with lots of toys supplied by Enda from Toymaster in Donegal Town.
Funds raised on the day were in aid of Solace Donegal Cancer Support and admission was free.
Hosted by Highland Radio‘s Marty Friel who looked very dapper in his new suit! Performances by Beats of Broadway and Revolutionary!
Children were so excited to meet and greet with the main man himself Santa Claus and received a gift on the Balcony of the Central Hotel. Well done to everyone involved.
A special mention to the lovely Jack Beattie who was in great form and even sat on my knee for a photo!
Thanks to the Four Masters Bookshop who sponsored the Book Review, and to Tots and Tassels and huge thanks to Revolutionary who closed the show!
