in that tine she has undertaken a few tasks within the hotel with upgrading the bedrooms, creating the new Sunday Bay View Carvery lunch which has exceeded her expectations.
Breda had a very busy Christmas at the hotel serving Christmas lunch to over 300 guests making sure their Christmas an memorable one.
“My job is very enjoyable with a lot of positive changes steering my team towards a very busy and exciting 2019. We have refurbished the lobby area making it the perfect place to meet friends have coffee and to just relax.
The exterior and interior of the hotel has just been painted, new menus created for Chapmans Restaurant. The new year will bring new and exciting changes with some new members of the team giving positive focus and experience steering the hotel to a very successful result. The role of GM is a challenging one on a daily basis, but I am totally embracing and enjoying each day” says Breda.
Breda spoke very highly of Elaine McInaw, Sales and Marketing Manager of both the Abbey and the Central Hotels. Both ladies have great plans to continuing its success in 2019.
She also complimented her wonderful staff who worked very hard over the festive season ensuring their guests had a great experience.
‘The people of Donegal Town and surrounding areas have given me great supported since I took over as GM and for that I am hugely grateful’ she concluded.
