And the winner of the Seascape prize is…..

Thanks to Spa Therapist Patricia Gallagher at the Seascape Spa at the Silver Tassie  for my treatment yesterday. I was invited down to the spa to try out their Organic Foot Ritual. As I am not one for facials I opted to go for the foot treatment seeing as I never seem to be off them!

Firstly, Patricia did a sea salt scrub exfoliation and foot soak. This was followed by a deep massage. She put me into a heated bed, wrapped my legs in warm seaweed leaves to detoxify and increased the circulation and worked her magic… tan disappeared!

I went into the Cocoon room where you can relax, I did for about 10 mins with a sorbet. This treatment takes about 50 minutes. You can also avail of a pressure point scalp massage. After my treatment it was time for a delicious afternoon Tea and time to hit the road!

Give yourself plenty of time and avail of the opportunity to relax and unwind. I was doing an instagram stories during the treatment, suppose that is the way I relax! Thanks Patricia for the lovely treatment and to Seascape Spa and Teresa Sweeney.
