A big thanks to all you lovely ladies who came to the Luxurious Afternoon Tea Fashion event yesterday at the beautiful Shandon Hotel & Spa. The crowd gathered after 1pm and mingled in the foyer enjoying a prosecco reception to the sound of ‘We Love Sax’.
The newly renovated McCarthy Suite looked fabulous decorated in Autumnal theme. The doors opened at 2pm and the guests were seated and enjoyed the most amazing savoury food and luxurious afternoon tea thanks to Head Chef Jose and all his team.
What can I say about the GM & Director of the hotel Carolynne Harrison along with her events Manager, Joy Evans and all the team who pulled out all the stops and had the function room decorated beautifully in an autumnal theme created by Ultimate Touches and even had the flower wall to match.
To the lovely models, Bernie Frain Mary Mc Ginley Tracey Alexander and Claire Finn who did themselves proud showcasing the ever popular Autumn/Winter collection from Savida & Gallery at Dunnes Stores and the beautiful winter coats from McElhinney’s.
Thanks to all the generous businesses who gave vouchers & prizes. A big thanks to the GM of Dunnes Stores Sally Ann who had a chat with Noel about the ever popular Savida & Gallery Brand. Thanks to Rosie from McElhinney’s who also said a few words about the Winter coats that were showcased on the day.
Thanks to our compere Noel Cunningham who not only compered but jived and entertained the ladies. Thanks to Highland Radio’s Marty Friel who did a great job with his music creating a fantastic atmosphere in the room.
To the ever professional Dr. Farah Mydin from the Medical Skin Clinic in Donegal Town who performed Anti-wrinkle injections live on the day and spoke to Noel about moving to her state of the art new premises at Drumrooske in Donegal Town.
