Verve in Donegal hosted their biggest fashion show to date in the Abbey Hotel today. Over 400 ladies enjoyed an evening of fashion, fun and glamour. They gathered after 1pm and queued until the doors opened at 2pm. It was great to see such a crowd all out enjoying themselves again,
Current Donegal Person of the year Noel Cunningham was compere for the day and as always he made it with his usual banter and craic!
Stands graced the side of the ballroom where the ladies browsed the stands at the interval.
All the models did a superb job showcasing the lovely style from Verve as well as the lady herself Mary who is well known throughout the Country with her daily Facebook fashion videos. Her daughter Aisling is following fast in her footsteps with a great eye and passion for fashion.
Mary said the fashion show couldn’t have happened without the help of her fantastic staff who pulled out all the stops ensuring the day was the huge success that it was. She also thanked everyone who came along to support the day and to Anne Boyle and her team in the Abbey Hotel for all their help on the lead up to the event.
Mary being the generous person that she is (and has always been very good to me) donated all proceeds to the Good and New Donegal Galway Cancer charity Bus.
