It’s not often I get the time to go and enjoy a spa. But when Nicola Gavigan invited me over to her newly opened Spa I took her up on her kind offer.
Seclusion Spa is situated over in Ardfarna in Bundoran, about an hour from Letterkenny. The spa is secluded away from all the hustle and bustle offering peace and quiet to relax. I brought my daughter and her boyfriend along. They changed into their fluffy gown and slippers before been brought into the treatment rooms where Karen did a great back massage on them both. While they were getting that done, I enjoyed a pedicure with the lady herself Nicola who is thrilled to have fulfilled her dream opening her own spa.
After my pedicure I made for the hot tub, and could have stayed in it yet. Bubbles, jets and relaxation what more could you ask for.
After changed we went into the afternoon tea room in quaint surroundings and relaxed enjoying our tea, sandwiches, scones and refreshments.
I have to tell you about the new tan I bought from Nicola, called Insanity mousse. I am a Hi Shi fan for years, but I have to say this tan is amazing and I am wearing it since, so impressed with it costing 20 euro available from the spa. Its paraben free, no smell at all, organic ingredients, infused with anti-aging properties, hypo allergenic and sponsors of this year’s Miss Northern Ireland and Miss World. I went for the 11%.
Nicola will have her official opening on Thursday 11th May from 6pm to 8pm and everyone is welcome.
